Each month, Philadelphia Youth Basketball recognizes three team members as our Impact Players of the Month, honoring staff who demonstrate excellence in youth development, nonprofit leadership, and team collaboration. These individuals lead with PYB’s core values, strengthen our organizational culture, and drive meaningful community impact for the young people and families we serve across Philadelphia.
