Youth Leadership Council (YLC) is a community of high school students from around the city with a two-pronged focus on individual leadership skill development and strategic planning around the improvement of PYB.

 

The Youth Leadership Council strives to provide future generations of student-athletes with programs and initiatives specifically designed to suit their needs as young people in Philadelphia. YLC is held almost exclusively off the court, so as to focus intently on the mental, social, and academic growth of our young leaders. At the conclusion of the first-ever cohort of our program, three leaders presented their very own Youth Mentorship Program to PYB’s staff team.
