MIDDLE SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

HOLISTIC IMPACT THROUGH BUCKETS
& BOOKS

The Middle School Partnership Program (MSPP) is an after-school and weekend program operated through a partnership with public middle schools in North and West Philadelphia.

By blending basketball skill-building and gameplay, an innovative academic curriculum that stimulates critical thinking, and mentorship from culturally-relatable Coach-Mentors, this program focuses on building a strong foundation that leads into high school for Philadelphia's young people.

The core elements of MSPP sessions are an hour of structured on-court skill development, gameplay, and physical fitness activities, followed by another hour of off-court academic, enrichment, Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), and goal setting work.

"One of my favorite memories of MSPP was just having my family there to support me. They even watched me make my first shot!"
