Buddy is the Program Manager for Older Youth Programs . He oversees both the I Am Because We Are Program, as well as the High School Evening Clinic “We Got Next” Program. A native of Philadelphia, raised in South Philadelphia, Buddy attended Simon Gratz High School where he graduated in 1995 and went on to attend Clarion University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Education and then Slippery Rock University where he obtained his Masters Degree in Criminal Justice.
A long time community advocate, volunteer and activist, Buddy has a storied history in coaching basketball, having coached on all platforms from Recreational Youth Basketball through Semi-Pro basketball, he now runs his own basketball organization the Philly Bobcats. Buddy runs a small business entitled USG Print Press, a print and press company that designs t-shirts, uniforms, and many other forms of apparel. In addition, he also is the CEO/Owner of the social services agency entitled Be Different, offering supportive services, resources, workforce development training and various other opportunities for both you and adults throughout the Philadelphia area.
