Philadelphia Youth Basketball has had a terrific 16 months of establishing an organization, launching a program, raising early seed capital, and
building a diverse and influential constituency of supporters across our city and region.
Now, with the strong encouragement of our Development and Budget Committees, we are taking our first major step in building the needed professional and volunteer infrastructure to execute a winning $25 million capital campaign for the construction of a world-class youth basketball and education center. This step involves making a strategic investment into a senior level hire to direct our campaign. We are seeking to employ a dynamic Capital Campaign Director/Major Gifts Officer (CCD/MGO) to provide seasoned expertise to a successful capital campaign.
