Born and raised in North Philadelphia, Ronald attended Roman Catholic High School. Ron continued his education at Delaware State as a scholarship track and field athlete and graduated from Alvernia University. Upon graduation, Ron worked for two years within Therapeutic Support Staff (TSS), a supportive service for children/adolescents who have been diagnosed with serious social, behavioral and/or emotionally issues. Philadelphia Youth Basketball Hosts Charity Basketball Fundraiser at the Palestra April 15, 2016

On Saturday, April 9, Philadelphia Youth Basketball hosted its first-ever “April Madness” charity basketball tournament at the Palestra. The 5-on-5 charity tournament consists of 12 teams going head-to-head to help raise funds for financial scholarships benefiting lower-income youth participating in the PYB’s Collegiate Summer Camp Series. PYB is pleased to announce the upcoming Collegiate Summer Camp Series to take place on the campuses of Philadelphia’s universities and colleges: Philadelphia University, La Salle University, Drexel University, Temple University, Saint Joseph’s University and Girard College.
