Back Board Member – Dick Voith January 30, 2017

For PYB board member, Dick Voith, basketball is a family business. He and his wife Daniela both played collegiate basketball at Haverford College and Bryn Mawr College.  Their only child, Nina Voith, also played at Haverford College where she was the Women’s All-Time Leading Scorer, a title she shares with her Father for Men’s Basketball.  Dick was also named a Division III All-American with the Fords and later received tryout opportunities with both the 76ers and the Golden State Warriors….

Addition to Summer Camps’ Curriculum: NBA Math Hoops May 31, 2016

Seven New Corporate Interns to Join PYB this Summer May 31, 2016

Beginning this May, seven dedicated and passionate Corporate Interns have joined the PYB team to help with several projects during the formative stages of the organization’s development.  We are excited to announce the inclusion of the following individuals. Wrap-up of the Middle School Partnership Program May 31, 2016

Saturday, May 21st, marked the last day of PYB’s Middle School Partnership Program. This after-school and weekend program, in conjunction with Temple University’s School of Education, provided student-athletes in the North Philadelphia area with a multi-faceted, comprehensive, and innovative educational opportunity to help them grow to their potential as students, athletes, and active responsible citizens.
